Editing orders is a bit tricky from our end but we always make sure to try and find a solution for our customers. The ability to edit your order will depend on whether you need to edit your contact details / address, or whether you need to edit the actual items in your order, such as changing size, color or item.
If you've made a mistake while placing your order then be sure to contact us asap using the Contact button at the bottom of this page and we'll try to accommodate best we can!
For All US OrdersIf you've made a mistake to your contact information or address when placing your order, be sure to contact us asap. If the order hasn't gone into fulfillment at the warehouse yet, then chances are we'll be able to make the edit for you.
Our US warehouses don't allow us the ability to change the items in an order after the order has been placed. This means that if you've placed an order and need to change the size, color or items in the order, then the only option we have is to cancel the original order and allow you to place a new one with the correct items. Here too, be sure to contact us asap, as if the order has gone into fulfillment by the warehouse then we won't be able to edit the order anymore.
For All Non-US Orders
If you've made a mistake to your contact information, address or would like to switch sizes or color of your item, be sure to contact us asap. If the order hasn't gone into fulfillment by our warehouse yet, then chances are we will be able to make the edit for you.
Our Hong Kong warehouse leaves a 6 hour window after an order is placed before it goes into fulfillment and a shipping label is printed thus making it impossible for us to make edits to the order anymore and it will go out as such. Why 6 hours? - We determined this to be the optimal window leaving enough time to make last minute edits if a mistake was made in placing the order while at the same time not slowing down our delivery times as we want to get you your order as fast as possible :)
