What the 3-Year International Warranty Covers And For How Long
Your Longvadon watch straps are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase.
Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge with an identical or equal value part, subject to availability and the customer's wishes, or alternatively fully refunded.
If at any time you experience a problem with your strap which you believe to be due to a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately and we will process your warranty claim.
All products are subject to the warranty period displayed on the product page at time of purchase. For example: Units ordered prior to October 2024 under 1-year warranty coverage are subject to the same warranty coverage outlined below however for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered Under The Warranty
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear (for example sweat stains on the lining, patina development on aniline leathers etc.).
- Damage caused by accident, misuse or lack of care (for example dents, crushing, excessive temperatures, submerging, excess sun exposure or drying).
- Damage caused to leather or other strap parts resulting from contact with water if the item is not specifically labeled as waterproof, such as submerging the straps or showering with the straps.
