The items have to be in "mint", "brand new", "unworn" condition when returned.
Once your items have been returned, our warehouse staff will inspect them for any signs of damage or wear/tear. If they confirm they're in "brand new", "mint", "unworn" condition they will restock your order at which point we will refund your order as well as notify you that your order has been successfully returned and refunded.
Does this mean if I've touched it that it's considered "worn/damaged"? - No. You absolutely may try it on (albeit carefully) and if you find that the fit is not right or for whatever reason you don't want to keep the item then simply place it back in its packaging the same way it came and contact us and our team will be happy to process your return.

Your Longvadon watch straps are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase.
Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge with an identical or equal value part, subject to availability and the customer's wishes, or alternatively fully refunded.
If at any time you experience a problem with your strap which you believe to be due to a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately and we will process your warranty claim.
In this new world of automation and cheap commodities everywhere, the whole reason for our existence is to go that extra mile and craft something that's truly rare and exceptional. That's why each Longvadon strap is now crafted by hand, by a single craftsman in our atelier in Germany. In fact, it takes one of our artisans more than 170 individual steps to handcraft a pair of these new bands.
Leaving behind all our past leather suppliers, the new Caiman Calfskin collection uses only croc-embossed calfskins made in Tuscany by some of the finest tanneries in the country. Although nearly an order of magnitude more expensive than our Caiman Series leather of the past, these calfskins offer far more beauty, durability, sustainability and consistency in quality than anything we've made before.

With watches, the devil is in the details. With our custom in-house Apple Watch adapters, you can ensure that your Caiman Calf band stays securely attached, while perfectly blending in with the color and finish of your Apple Watch Ultra.
Each Longvadon band is saddle stitched by hand at our aterlier in Germany. This gorgeous, traditional and very labor intensive method is renowned for its durability. That's because unlike a machine stitch, it creates interlocking stitches where if one breaks, the rest do not unravel, making hand-stitched products far more enduring.
Each pair of Longvadon comes in a new eco-friendly box, handmade in Bulgaria using some of the finest, sustainably made paper in the world coming out of Great Britain. Like any valuable and handmade leather good, each pair now also come with a breathable Organic cotton strap pouch - making it the place to store your watch straps in pristine condition, for years to come.
Longvadon came about with a trip to a small village in the south of France in February of 2018. With the Apple Watch gaining in popularity, all one could find was cheap knockoffs or the few bands offered by Apple and its partners. With one of the brothers; Sebastian leaving his corporate job to follow his passion of videography, and Robin having just sold a small watch brand he started a couple years earlier — the stars were aligned for the first croc-embossed leather bands with a design inspired by the swiss watch industry to be born.
Since then, over a hundred thousand Longvadon's have adorned wrists around the world, and now, years later, the brand has entered a new era. An era of Tradition, Craftmanship, Artisanry, Innovation, and an expansion from the Apple Watch to all timepieces.
