Crafted from resilient NBR rubber, the Voyager is naturally resistant to oils, sweat, and water. For optimal performance under pressure, it not only features anti-sweat grooves on the inside facing your wrist, but we’ve also made the straps even thicker than earlier rubber bands — without sacrificing all-day wearability. The bands also feature our 2.0 quick-release clasp and buckle system allowing you to easily select and switch between various buckle and clasp finishes with just a simple swipe of a pin.

The items have to be in "mint" or "brand new" condition when returned.
Once your items have been returned, our warehouse staff will inspect them for any signs of damage or wear/tear. If they confirm they're in "brand new", "mint" condition they will restock your order at which point we will refund your order as well as notify you that your order has been successfully returned and refunded.
Does this mean if I've touched it that it's considered "worn/damaged"? - No. You absolutely may try it on (albeit carefully) and if you find that the fit is not right or for whatever reason you don't want to keep the item then simply place it back in its packaging the same way it came and contact us and our team will be happy to process your return.
How to initiate a return:
To initiate a return please contact our customer care team by emailing us at support@longvadon.com and one of our customer care agents will take good care of you and help guide you through the return process for your specific location/country.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your item, the return shipping will be covered by us, however you'll need to cover the shipping costs of re-sending you the replacement (up to a maximum of $9).
Your Longvadon watch straps are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase.
Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge with an identical or equal value part, subject to availability and the customer's wishes, or alternatively fully refunded.
If at any time you experience a problem with your strap which you believe to be due to a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately and we will process your warranty claim.

Longvadon came about with a trip to a small village in the south of France in February of 2018. With the Apple Watch gaining in popularity, all one could find was cheap knockoffs or the few bands offered by Apple and its partners. With one of the brothers; Sebastian leaving his corporate job to follow his passion of videography, and Robin having just sold a small watch brand he started a couple years earlier — the stars were aligned for the first croc-embossed leather bands with a design inspired by the swiss watch industry to be born.
