The Atlas Backpack in Matte Black combines strength of form with a refined urban sensibility. Crafted from top-grain pebbled leather in a black finish, its structured silhouette is accented by dual front straps and subtle detailing that lend a modern, confident edge. Designed for versatility, this medium-sized backpack transitions easily from work to travel. The main compartment, secured with a drawstring and buckle closure, opens to a spacious interior featuring a zip pocket and two open compartments for organized storage. Two side zip pockets and a discreet back pocket provide quick access to smaller essentials. Returns

Every order comes with Free Returns (paid for by us) for up to 60 days  after receiving your item.

The items have to be in "mint" or "brand new" condition when returned.

Once your items have been returned, our warehouse staff will inspect them for any signs of damage or wear/tear. If they confirm they're in "brand new", "mint" condition they will restock your order at which point we will refund your order as well as notify you that your order has been successfully returned and refunded.

Does this mean if I've touched it that it's considered "worn/damaged"? - No. You absolutely may try it on (albeit carefully) and if you find that the fit is not right or for whatever reason you don't want to keep the item then simply place it back in its packaging the same way it came and contact us and our team will be happy to process your return.

How to initiate a return:

To initiate a return please contact our customer care team by emailing us at support@longvadon.com and one of our customer care agents will take good care of you and help guide you through the return process for your specific location/country.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange your item, the return shipping will be covered by us, however you'll need to cover the shipping costs of re-sending you the replacement (up to a maximum of $9).

3-YEAR WARRANTY

What the 3-Year International Warranty Covers And For How Long

Your Longvadon products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase.

Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge with an identical or equal value part, subject to availability and the customer's wishes, or alternatively fully refunded.

If at any time you experience a problem with your item which you believe to be due to a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately and we will process your warranty claim.

All products are subject to the warranty period displayed on the product page at time of purchase. For example: Units ordered prior to October 2024 under 1-year warranty coverage are subject to the same warranty coverage outlined below however for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase.

What is Not Covered Under The Warranty

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear (for example sweat stains on the lining, patina development on aniline leathers etc.).
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse or lack of care (for example dents, crushing, excessive temperatures, submerging, excess sun exposure or drying).
  • Damage caused to leather or other parts resulting from contact with water if the item is not specifically labeled as waterproof, such as submerging the item or showering with the straps.

FOUNDED BY FRENCH BROTHERS

Founded by two French-Scandinavian brothers, Longvadon got its start in the small village of Cassis on the French Riviera in 2018. With the Apple Watch gaining in popularity, all one could find was cheap knockoffs or the few extremely expensive bands offered by Apple and its partners. With Sebastian just having left his corporate job and Robin having recently sold a small watch brand he founded — the stars were aligned for one of the first luxury watch style Apple Watch straps to be born.

Since then, over a hundred thousand Longvadon bands have adorned wrists all around the world, and now, almost a decade later, our mission remains the same as always. To design and create Apple Watch bands and accessories that are as stylish as you’d look strolling down a small town alley in the heart of the French Riviera on a beautiful summer night, all while enjoying the benefits of the latest technology and modern wearables to their fullest.
