The items have to be in "mint" or "brand new" condition when returned.
Once your items have been returned, our warehouse staff will inspect them for any signs of damage or wear/tear. If they confirm they're in "brand new", "mint" condition they will restock your order at which point we will refund your order as well as notify you that your order has been successfully returned and refunded.
Does this mean if I've touched it that it's considered "worn/damaged"? - No. You absolutely may try it on (albeit carefully) and if you find that the fit is not right or for whatever reason you don't want to keep the item then simply place it back in its packaging the same way it came and contact us and our team will be happy to process your return.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your item, the return shipping will be covered by us, however you'll need to cover the shipping costs of re-sending you the replacement (up to a maximum of $9).
Your Longvadon watch straps are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase.
Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge with an identical or equal value part, subject to availability and the customer's wishes, or alternatively fully refunded.
If at any time you experience a problem with your strap which you believe to be due to a manufacturing flaw, please contact us immediately and we will process your warranty claim.

Every Caiman Series leather band is painstakingly hand saddle stitched by a single artisan. This traditional and very labor-intensive method is used in high-end leather crafting over the far more common machine stitch because the interlocking stitches ensure that if one thread fails, the rest remain intact, resulting in a far longer lasting item.
Patented by Louis Cartier in 1910, the deployant clasp merges craftmanship, function and durability. By reducing the strain on your strap compared to a normal "tang buckle", it significantly increases the longevity of your watch strap.
Founded by two French-Scandinavian brothers, Longvadon got its start in the small village of Cassis on the French Riviera in 2018. With the Apple Watch gaining in popularity, all one could find was cheap knockoffs or the few extremely expensive bands offered by Apple and its partners. With Sebastian just having left his corporate job and Robin having recently sold a small watch brand he founded — the stars were aligned for one of the first luxury watch style Apple Watch straps to be born.
Since then, over a hundred thousand Longvadon bands have adorned wrists all around the world, and now, almost a decade later, our mission remains the same as always.
